It does not remove this site from your browsing history. It cannot hide anything from software installed on your device. It cannot stop the page appearing on another device signed in to the same browser account.

Private or incognito browsing hides your activity from other people who use the same device afterwards. It does not hide anything from monitoring software already installed, and it does not hide anything from whoever controls the internet connection.
If you think your phone or computer is being monitored, incognito mode will not help. The safer option is a device the other person has never had access to — a friend's phone, a computer at a library, or one at work.
